The Blending of Crude 0il iu Pipelines

  • 摘要: 文章从水力学及热力学两个方面对原油管道调合机理进行了分析,得到强化调合的几种方法: 采用小管径管线,增加调合管线长度; 增大管道内壁的粗糙度; 提高调合管内液体的流选。通过实验证明,原油管道调合由于是在管道里密闭进行的,避免了外界水分和杂质侵入油品,减少了油品的氧化,同时油品和添加剂能得到均匀混合,保证了调合的一次合格率;同时也避免了调合过程中轻质馏分的逸出,减少了对大气的污染3在调合过程中,由于使用了仪表计量,使添加剂的加入量非常正确,从而大大降低了添加剂消耗,降低了生产成本。因此,说明原油管道调合是可行的,而且经济、简便。文中并对原油管道调合工艺及控制仪表作了介绍。

     

    Abstract: The article makes a hydraulical and thermadynamical analysis of mechanism of blending crude oil in pipelines, ohtaining a few methods for intensified blending: using small size pipeline to extend the length of blending pipelines; making the inner wall toughter; speeding up the flow of liquid in pipelines. It is proved through practice that, blending crude oil in pipelines, because of being done in a closed way, thus avoids contact with outside water and other inpurities so as to lessen the oxidation of oil products, make them evenly blended with additives and garantee the correct rate at one time. The quantity of additives is thus dramatically reduced and so is the production cost. Therefore, it is verified that blending crude oil in pipelines is not only feasible, but economical and simple as well, Also touched in the article are briefs of the meters used for it.
