加权残值法分折埋地L型水平管段的升温载荷

To Analyse the Load at the Rising Temperature of Buried L-Shaped Horizontal Pipeline Section by the Weighted Remaibder

  • 摘要: 本文根据“弹唑抗弯铰”的储设, 将加权残值法应用于埋地管道升温载荷的近似分析与计算,从而简化了分析、推导过程,导出了用多项式表示的水平“L”型理地管线平面挠度的解析表达式, 给出了升温载荷的计萛公式。应用上述算法, 只票编制简短的BASIC程序, 占用很少的机时, 即可算出管线上任一点的接度、截面转角、弯矩、剪力、甠力的数值, 从而分析出以上各量在锚固敦上的分布情况。通过实例计算, 用本文的算法结果与文献〔1〕、文献〔2〕的算法结果比较, 表明本文的算法是合理的, 具有足够的工程棈确度。

     

    Abstract: Based on "Elastic Bending Resistance", the article applies the weighted remainder method to approximate analysis and calcultion of buried pipeline load at rising temperature so as to simplify the analysing and reasoning process, derives the analytic expression for plane bending of horrizontal "L" buried pipeline shown by a multinomial, and gives out the equation for calculation of the load at rising temperature. Applying the method mentioned above, it is only by working out a short BASIC programme and taking very lictle operating time that the values snch as bending, cross section corner, bending torque, shearing stress, axle stress can be calculated at any point on a pipeline and thus find out the distribution of each value on the anchor. In comparison with the calculation resulls in Literatures (1) and (2), the results obtained in this article is resonable with enough engineering accuracy.
