Calculation of the Economical Temperature in Transportation of Heated Oil

  • 摘要: 热输原油管道的动力能耗费用与热力能耗费用之和存在一个极小值。这一被值对应的原油加热温度称为经济温度。在实际生产中, 为了把管线控制在能耗费用最低的范围内, 确定经济温度常常是非常重要的问题。由于能耗费用受管径、输量、站间距、地温、油品粘度及加热温度的影响, 本文只把加热温度视为总能耗费用的函数、而把其他参数视为常数, 推导出原油呈牛顿流体时经济温度的数学计算式。通过东营一黄岛翰油管道基本参数的实例运算, 得出了经济温度随输量及地温的关系曲线。

     

    Abstract: There exists a least value of the sum of motive power and heating power consumption costs in pipelining heated crude oil. The heating temperature of crude oil corresponding to this extremum is called the econmical temperature. In practical prodictiono it is vayportari to detormine the economical temperature in order to uprate a yippline at the jovert power cost. Considering that the power consumption csot depends on many factors such as pipe diemeter, throughput, the interval between two pump station, soil tempereture, oil viscosity and heating temperature, here in this article the heating tenperature is merely taken as a function of the total power consumption cost with all the other parameters as constants,and from these a mathematical formula for economical temperature is derived when crude oil presents itself as Nusloniam fiuid. Through practical calculation of the basic parameters in respect of Dong Ying-Huang Dao pipeline, is brought about the curve of the economical temperature in rclation to throughput and soil temperature.
