埋地管道模注泡沬保温的效益及施工方法

The Effect and Construction of Mold-Injected Foam Insulation

  • 摘要: 原油长输管渞浅理及低洼段的热能损失较大, 采用聚氛酯硬质泡帏保温层效果良好(其保温效率达86.3%)。文中介绍了管道热损失的测武方法、摸注泡清保温结构及其施工方法、以及该》保温层的经济效道。并对经济保温层厚度和保温地段的选取分别作了阐述。对保温施工中出现的问题也提出了解决办法。

     

    Abstract: Shallow buried and lowland laid pipelines, on account of their greater encrgy loss, are better to be insulated with hard polyurethane (Its insulation efficiency gocs up to 86.3 %). The article deals with the methods as to measuring pipeline heat loss, mold-injected foam insulation, and the economic efficiency of such insulation. Here respectively related are the economical insulation thicknesi and selection for such insulation. Some oroblems in insulation construction are reviewed followed followed by correspondent solution proposed.
