  • 摘要: 文章就美国康诺可公司CDR102减阻剂在铁大线熊岳——复县段的试验工作及鞍山等输油站的实际应用情况作了如下的总结: 介绍了CDR102减阻剂的物理性能、减阻机理, 同时也指出介质的流动状态、粘度、流体温度、含蜡量、含水量以及介质被剪切、节流等情况对CDR102减阻剂减阻性能的影响。文中, 还对减阻剂注入点的选择、注入流程、注入形式、注入设备、试验步骤及方法等方面作了较详细的介绍。文章最后, 对试验参数、减阻效果(摩阻下降情况、增输效果的数据及有关曲线等)、减阻率和增输率的计算等方面作了重点的分析和解释。另外, 将鞍山等输油站进行的生产性注入给予了评估: CDR102减阻剂的减阻、增输的效果虽然较好, 但由于其价格昂贵, 因此, 它仅作为短时间处理个别卡脖子段的应急才有其优越性。鉴于我国原油多为高凝高粘的状况, 指出对化学添加剂的研究和技术开发是必要的。

     

    Abstract: Here is a summary of the test and application of CDR102 friction-reducing agent prodaced in KANOK corporation, U.S.A. in the Xiong-Yao section of Tie-Da pipclcine and An-Shan pump station, which covers: the physical properties and friction-reducing mechanism; the impact of the medium's flow status, viscosity, temperature, wax content, water content upon CDR102 friction-reducing agent, and its change in the case of the meduim carried being sheared and throttled. Also mentioned in the article are section of the points at which to inject the agent, the injection process, ways, and equipment; the test procedures and methods, etc. In the end, the article makes an analysis and explanations selectively of such aspects as the test parameters, the frictionreducing effect (with friction reduction, the data to show the effect of throughput increase and some curves concerned), and the calculation of friction reduction and that of the increased throughput. In addition, a comment is made upon the production injection of such agent in An Shan pump station: e.i. though the friction-reducing effect of such agent is comparatively good, it is too expensive. For this reason, its advantages are obvious only in tackling some bottle neck problems that have to overcomed in a short time. The fact that most of our oil belong in the high pour point and high viscous crude oil necessitate the research. into and technology exploration of chemical additives.
