How to Probed Examine the Operating Level of a Heater

  • 摘要: 通过生产实践证明, 长距离原油管道输送的综合经济考核指标中。以万吨原油管输一公里所消耗的燃料油公斤数(kg/104t·km, 简称能耗值)来考核燃料油的消耗指标是不尽合理的。文章以现场实测的数据论证了以能耗值为考核指标存在的问题, 如能耗值小的泵站, 加热炉效率却不高; 同一泵站在不同的月份加热炉效率基本相同, 而能耗值却不同; 能耗值过小, 使加热炉平均效率失真; 不同的站间距, 能耗值一样而可输送的距离相差较大等不合理现象。为此, 文章提出了以加热炉每加温万吨原油升高一摄氏度所消耗燃料油公斤数(kg/104t·℃)为技术经济指标中的燃料油消耗定额的倡议; 并就如何下达这个定额指标、如何执评这一指标、注意什么问题等方面作了说明。尤其指出, 这一倡议, 对于不满负荷运行的长输管道, 更显示了它的可比的优越性。

     

    Abstract: Prodution practice has shown that, in the general economic examination target tor long crude oil pipeleine, it is not quit reasonable to take kg/104t·km of fuel ucon-sumed to pipeline 10, 000 tonns crude oil as far as one kilometer as the fuel consumption target to be examined Citing the data obtained in operating practice, the article expounds the problems involved in taking the energy consumption value as an examination target. For example, the pump station with a lower energy consumption value is not high in its heater effect; in different months at the same station, it is quite similar in heater effect but different in energy consumption value; too little an energy consumption value will make the average heat effect of heaters deviates too far to be true; in the case of the different intervals, it is the same in energy consumption value, but quite different in transport distance. All these mentioned above are questions worth consideration. Therefore, the article suggests that the quantity of fuel consumed to make the temperature of 10, 000 tonns of crude oil rise by 1℃(kg/104t·℃) be taken as the fuel consumption quota for a technical and economic target; and makes some explanations of such problems as to how to set the quota and have it carried out, and what to pay attention to. It is pointed out in particular that this proposal especially shows its comparable advantages in such long pipelines as running underload.
