Abstract: This paper deals with the application of shape optimization. method for elastic contact to the structure analysis and shape optimization of the quick-opening lock ring closure used for oil pipelines,which has arrived at a more satisfactory result,The structure of closure optimized is more reasonable, with its safety coefficient somewhat increased.
