The Static Charge Generated in Refined Products Storage and Transportation System and Its Elimination

  • 摘要: 通过对石油产品储运过程的静电事故类型、起电原因及其规律的剖析, 并对各有关因素影响所产生的“油面最高电位值”的测试, 作者认为采取惰性气体置换、浮顶油罐、密闭装车及投放抗静电添加剂等措施, 可以控制与消除静电的产生。

     

    Abstract: Through analysis of variations of static charge accident accured in rail tanker transporting and storage of refining products, the cause of discharge and its rules of analysis, and test of the highest potentail value on surface in oil storage resulted from the effect of variant factors concerned, the author thinks it possible to control and eliminate the static charge by taking such measures as displacement hy inertial gas, floating-roof tanks, closed loading and addition of anti-static charge additives.
