摘要: 对比现行热油管的水力、热力计算方法, 推荐按粘温曲线变化分限计算摩阻损失。根据热油管道特性曲线呈“N”型的规律, 分析运行参数: 原油粘度、传热系数、土壤温度及原油出站温度对不稳定区的影响。Abstract: Calculation of friction loss step by step according to V-T curve variations is proposed in comparison with the current way for heated oil pipeline' s hydraulic and thermal calculation. Following the law as shown in N-shape of the characteristic curve of heated oil pipelines, an analysis is made of the impact of the operating parameters, oil viscosity, conductive coefficiency, soil temperature and the output temperature of oil at pump stations upon the unstable areas.
