Pipelining the High Viscosity and High Pour Point Crudes with Approach of Heavy Oil Process

  • 摘要: 介绍DRB法处理高粘度原油及催化裂化法处理高凝固点原油的研究现状与生产过程。前者把原油粘度由10 000×10-6 m2/s降低到45×10-6 m2/s以下; 后者把高凝原油变成汽油、轻柴油馏分, 使管道输送变得经济、可行。两者收率均为70%~80%(重)左右。

     

    Abstract: An introduction is given to the status of research and precess of prodction in which high viscous crude oil is treated by using DRB method and high pour-point oil by catalytic cracking. The former brings down the oil viscosity from 10 000×10-6 m2/s to 45×10-6 m2/s, and the latter turns the high pour-point oil into gasoline, light diesel fuel, and distilled element so as to make pipelining of such oil economical and feasible. Both reception rates are above 70%—80%.
