Analysis of Caculation Method of the Viscosity for Mixtures of Heavy Oil with Light Petroleum Fractions

  • 摘要: 通过掺轻油降粘来实现管输稠油时,常常需要计算混合粘度。本文由爱因斯坦无限稀释理论,导出了一个幂律方程式;又据文献资料列出了几个常用的混合粘度计算式。通过分析、验证,得出结论:雷德尔方程只需知道两种混合物的密度、粘度及体积组分,即可计算其混合粘度,应用非常简单。

     

    Abstract: It is often necessary to know the mixture viscosity when pipeling transporting heavy oil by blending with a light one to have it diluted. The article, based on Einstein's indefinite dilution theory, induces a power equation, and presents with reference to literature and information concernd a few formulas to calculate the mixture viscosity. It is concluded that the mixture viscosity can be obtained by calculation with Ladar Equation so long as the density, viscosity and volumetric composition are given, which is very simple in application.
