Abstract: There are many a fact to affect the deviation in the hand-over neasurement of the oil and its liquid products stored in vertical metal tanks under normal pressure. Individual analysis and evaluation of difference and now made of the factors which may cause measuring error at the time of taking measure, measuring the mean temperature, etc. Some measures follow that may be useful to take in order to bring up the accuracy and reduce the deviation in measurement.
