Abstract: With the widespead use of LNG, various kinds of L. T. steel or tanks are now advancing towards super L. T. and bulk in size. Here focus is made on the types of steel, properties and range of use selected for L. T. or super L. T. tanks in Japan, with a brief introduction to the structure of such tanks and medium stored in them.
