Abstract: An analysis of the operating data of Hui-Ning oil pipeline, the ground temperature, climate along the line and some operating data concerning this section has made the author see that periodic delivery of hot or cold crude oil can be made possible so long as the change of ground and pipeline site temperature are being kept track all the time. Its economic efficiency is considerable, as no normal transportation is interrupted with the benifit of economizing fuel.
