Coking Around the Coils of a Heater

  • 摘要: 国内原油管遭输送中加热炉炉管结焦常引起生产事故。文章在列举并分析了加热炉炉管结焦、爆管、烧穿着火等数次事故之后,指出了炉管结焦的规律; 分析了结焦物的成分,找出了影响结焦的因素。指出要防止炉管结焦应该拆除挡火墙并建立定期的检验和经常的巡察制度; 而要根本消除炉管结焦事故,彻底的办法是采用间接加热或新炉型。

     

    Abstract: In our pipelining of crude oil, accidents often arise due to coking around the coils of heater. Having cited and aualyced some heater accidents such as coil coking, breaking and firing, the article points out the law by which heater coil coking occur, analyses the compositions of the coking matter, and find out the factors that lead to coking. It is concluded that to prevent coils from coking, the fire wall should be removed and periodlcal checking and inspecting system established. Of course, the thorough way is to introduce the indirect heating system or new type of heater in order to eliminate this kind of accident once and for all.
