The Impact of Co2 upon Pipeline Corrosion and Its Control

  • 摘要: 在油气集输工业中当其湿度适宜时都普遍存在着CO2的腐蚀问题,给天然气集输管遭造成很大的危害。文章就此阐述了腐蚀的类型、CO2腐蚀的机理。还分析了CO2分压值及其它因素与腐蚀速率的关系,并给出了腐蚀速率和CO2分压间的线性关系式。最后指出,防止氧气进入集输系统、对气体进行脱水或使用胺类缓蚀剂能有效地防止或抑制腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: Tho corrosion caused by Co2 under proper humidity,a common problem in oil and gas gathering network, brings great harm to natural gas pipeline. The article deals with the forms of corrosion and the principle of Co2 corrosion in this area.It also make fin analysis of the relationship between Co2 dividing value and other faotors, presenting a formula showing the relationship between the corrosion rate and dividing. Finally it conludes that keeping oxygen off the gathering system, dewatering natural gas or urethane friction reducer can1 all prevent or inhibit corrosion effectively.
