  • 摘要: 国内原油铁路罐车的装卸普遍存在着一定的弊病,有待改进。文章结合一卸车台的技术改造工作进行了技术经济分析。通过测算认为改造后的卸车台可节省原油1~2%,每吨原油的蒸汽耗量可缩减3.2倍。另外,就改造的项目及内容作了具体的说明; 经一年多的使用证明了在节约能源、防止污染、安全生产等方面效果显著,并能较大地减轻操作人员的体力劳动。

     

    Abstract: Getting oil in and out of rail tankers is still being troubled by a problem remaining to be taokled. The article makes a technical economic analysis of the technical reform of an unloading platform, which is related in combination with the items reformed. Predicted calculation shows that the reformed platform economize oil by 1-2%, and the vapour consumption Per ton be 3.2 times reduced.One year's operation Proves it noted in reducing energy consumption, preventing pollution, and safe production, and able to considerably lighten the opeartors of manual labour.
