异性土壤中钢质管道的腐蚀

  • 摘要: 敷设在土壤中的钢质管道,是处在极为复杂的电化学腐蚀环境中。由于土壤是不均匀各向异性的电介质,可以形成类型各异的腐蚀电池,使钢质本身遭受腐蚀破坏。异性土壤所形成的溺蚀电池,具有强烈腐蚀的特点,, 类似这种地带应在勘察设计时尽量避开,绕道而行。采用非熔化极恺性气体保护焊,并提高焊口绝缘等级,克服焊口的晶间腐蚀。投入电法保护,使营道处在最佳保护状态。

     

    Abstract: The ateel pipelines buried in soil expose to extremely electochemical corrosion. As soil is asymetric and nonisotropic eloctrolyte, it can form various corrosion cells which make steel ltself suffer corrosion.The corrosive cells formed in non-isotropic soil are characterized by their intenso corrosive nature, and so the like zone zhould be kept away as much as possible in survey and design. To deal with corrosion at weld joint, shielded inert gas are will be used and the insulation grade raised. Electric protecting will get into effect to keep pipelines in the optimum protected state.
