管道遥远地区通信的VHF/UHF无线电线路设计

  • 摘要: 监控和数据获取系统(SCADA)是监控管遫运行的现代、高效和适宜的方法。采用甚高频和特高频无线电线路是将管遒系统延伸到没有其他通信设施的遥远地区操纵截止阀、泵站以及向维修人员提供移动无线电通信的一种经济的方法。本文提供了SCADA系统的VHF/UHF传播路径工程和无线电通信的设计标准。这种方法在传播路上对不能在地表面上获得视线余隙时特别有用。

     

    Abstract: Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems provide the modern, efficient and effective method of controlling and moni-toring pipeline operatiens. Use of radio links utilizing VHF and UHF frequencies is an economical method to extend pipoline SCADA systems into remote areas, where no other communicatiou facilities exist, to operate block valves and pump stations and to provide mobile radio comnunications for maintenancc crews. This paper provides the desigu criteria for enginoering VHF and UHF propagation paths for SCADA communications, and for mobile radio communications. The method is especially useful when line-of-sight clearance cannot be obtained above the surface of theoarth for the propagation path.
