The way to Save Energy in the Storage and Transport System of Refineries

  • 摘要: 炼油厂储运系统的能耗由于各厂工艺条件、管理水平及计算方法的不同,差异较大,一般占全厂总能耗之3%~9%。能耗构成中蒸汽消耗一般占90%以上,电和水仅占百分之几,水的消耗不足1%。影响能耗主要因素是: 原油卸车加温,蒸汽往复泵的动力消耗,蒸汽管线的散热损失,油管道的伴热损失等。文章还探讨了降低能耗的途径。

     

    Abstract: The energy consumption in storage and tran-port systems considerably different between refineies owing to their respective technological slate, managing tacts and calculation methods. Generally speaking, it makes up 3% 9% of a refinery's total energy comsumption. As for the constitution of energy consumption the one mainly consumed is steam which comes up to 90% of the total, only a lictie fraction of it is electricity, and water which is consumed by no more than 1%. The major factors that affect the energy consumption in storage and transport bystems are: keeping the oil temperature as required during unloading, the steam reciprocal pumps power cousumption, the steam pipeline radiation loes the oil pipolines accompanying heat loss etc. Finaly, the author makes some suggestions to reduce refinery energy coinsumptions.
