架空输油管停输冷却规律研究

Studies on the Cooling Law of the Suspended Oil Pipelines at Shutdown

  • 摘要: 忽略管内原油的自然对流,忽略沿管长上油温的变化,作者应用有限元素法求解得出二维不稳定导热温.降规律。又应用相似概念求得输油管停输后,管内原油的温度与t0tαUλar等劫理量有关的影响因素的准数关联式。根据翰油管停输工况结合实例,推导并绘制出实用的温降规律图,以供工程上应用。

     

    Abstract: As the natural heat convection of the oil in pipelines and the heat changes a long the leaglli of pipelines are negligible, the heat transfer of the crude oil in pipelines is a two-dimensional unstable heat conduction. Based on similitude principle, the author gives the criteria oorrclatioas between oil temperature and the physical guantiry of such affected factors as t0tα、U、λar etc, after shut-down. Backed up by the actual cases of Bhut-ciown, he makcs out a set of temperature reduclion law dicgrams for engineering application.
