Studies on the Depoit Critical velocity for Slurry Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在分析国内外浆体管道输送沉积临界流速计算公式基础上, 作者提出适合全浓度范围的新计算公式:在试验管路上进行测试后,求得矿浆和灰渣的系数和指数值。在常用的浓度区(20%-65%)内,用本文公式计算的临界流速(Vc)与实测值相对误差小于土30%,可用于工程初步设计计算。

     

    Abstract: Based on an analysis of the formalas u-ed at home and abroad for calculating the critical velocity of blurry accumlalion in pipelines, the author presents a new one suitable for the full composition range: The coefficient and exponent values of minerasl lurry and cinder had deen worked out witb the samples in Laboratorytubes, within the common composition range (20%~65%) the comparative error between the critical flow velocity calculaled by using the formula in the paper and the actumeasured valued is ±30%, which can be used in engineering preliminery design.
