The Conceived Improvement on Light Oil Storage Tanks and the In-and-Out Process Flow of Oil

  • 摘要: 本文提出用立式油罐加水垫浮动底和油面全密封软覆盖代替内浮顶油罐, 以罐车潜油气动泵代替轻油卸油泵站和鹤管的设想。这样可以彻底消除轻油罐的蒸发损耗,彻底解决因吸油系统的漏气、气阻、气蚀等故障影响卸油的问题。

     

    Abstract: The article suggests a substitute of vertical tanks with a water cushion at the bottom and a completely tight cover on the oil surface for the inner floating vault tanks, the pneumaticaly immersible pumps in a tank car for the oil unloading pump station with unloading arms. This can thoroughly eliminate the evaporation losses, no problem will arise to bring trouble to oil unloading caused by gas leaking, blocking and corroding in the oil sucking system.
