The Yield Bending Problem of Marine Pipelines

  • 摘要: 屈曲破坏被认为是在较深水域中铺设海洋管道的最大障碍之一。管子的计算壁厚,往往不取决于输送介质的内压,而取决于施工应力, 包括使施工中不产生屈曲。本文将结合我国目前的具体情况,对各种施工状态下屈曲的计算方法以及管材的选择等,作一点工程性的介绍和探讨。

     

    Abstract: The yield bending damage is known as the main trouble when laying marine pipelines in a rather deeper sea water area. The pipe's wall thickness is decided not by the inner presure of the carried medium, but by construction stress, including no yeild bending being brought about in construction. The ways to calculate yield bending under various construction conditions and the seclection of pipe materials are dealt and studied here from the viewpoint of engineering.
