An Analysis of the Error in Measurement with a Vertical Metal Tank

  • 摘要: 立式金属罐和流量计都是液体石油产品交接计量的器具。石油部颁发的交接计量规程规定立罐计量误差为±0.35%, 本文认为除±0.35%外, 还有一系列可变因素影响罐的计量精度, 并通过多处罐和流量计计量对比,得出罐比流量计少计0.16~0.46%的结论。建议有条件的地方,应选用流量计进行交接计量。

     

    Abstract: Both the vertical metal tank and flow meter are used as a means to measure liquid oil products at delivery. The vertical tank measuring crrors as specified in the Regulations for Measurement at delivery promulgated by the Ministry of petroleum Industry are 0.35%, but the paper notes that, in addition to 0.35%, there are quite a few variable factors affecting the measuring accuracy, Through comparisons between tanks and flow meters in measurement, there has come the conclusion that the date taken by a tank is 0.16-0.41% less than that by a flow meter. Therefore, if condition permitted, flow meter be should selected for measurement at delivery.
