On Synthetical and Optimum Heat Treatment of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 本文通过近几年来的室内试验与工业性生产试验, 从加热深度、急冷深度、温度回升、冷却方式、冷却速度五个方面探讨了中原原油最佳热处理条件及其效果, 并在此基础上探索了原油添加降凝剂综合处理的输油工艺, 分析讨论了输油管线实行原油热处理与综合处理的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Through recent years' test in labotatory and on site, the authors have been studying the conditions for optimum heat treatment of Zhong Yuan crude oil and its effect from such five aspects as heating degree, abrupt cooling degree, temperature recovery, cooling manner and cooling rate, on the basis of which the oil transportation technology of synthetical treatment of crude oil by adding wax dope is designed, followed by an analysis of the feasibility of putting it into effect on oil pipeline.
