微型计算机在长输管道上的应用——论述Z—80E档机对输油泵站的控制

  • 摘要: 文章主要论述了E档机在泵站实时控制系统中的硬件结构、软件设计思想及其实验结果。该系统的主要功能是: 完成对模拟量、脉冲量、状态量和报警量等各种参数的巡回检测; 完成键盘控制程序(包括泵站画面显示程序等); 完成站控保护程序和打印程序等。对该系统设计的四级中断及其功能也作了论述。实验证明该系统所采用的抗干扰措施是可行的, 进一步保证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。该系统构成虽简单, 但功能强、使用灵活、维护方便, 将来还可作为长输管道计算机网络系统的远方终端。

     

    Abstract: The paper centers around the hardware structure, software design phylosophy of Z-80 E for actual use in pump station real time control system and their experiement result. The system's main functions are: complete cyclical monitoring of various parameters in respect to analog, pulse, status, alarm, etc.; complete the key-board control programme (including a pump station diagram display); complete the station control protection and printing programme. Also related are the 4 -stage break-off in the system design and their respective functions. Experiments have proved the anti-interference measures adopted in the system is feasible, which will make the system stable and reliable. The system, simple as it is in structure, is powerful in performance, flexible in operation and easy in maintenance, and will also be used in the future as a far-away terminal of the computer network system for cross-country pipelines.
