Abstract: Herein is given an introduction of the design and construction experiences in altering the vault tank into an inner floating roof one, the key points of which are to measure the actural deformation of the tank wall, to fix reasonablly the diameter and elastic seal of the inner floating disk, and at the same time, to pay attention to such structure problems as top ventilation hole, electrostatic lead, etc.
