石兰原油管道投产异常工况与解决措施

Abnormal operating condition and its solutions in commissioning operation of ShiLan Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 石兰原油管道采用管道部分充热水、以油顶水、综合热处理的投产方式。针对投产过程中出现的异常工况,提出了相应的解决措施:泵出口阀开关异常,检查阀门信号与实际状态是否同向;液体管道投产过程中无流量显示,采用泵曲线、清管器跟踪以及摩阻损失计算等方法估算流量;根据管道倾角和清管器速度估算管内流体经过高点后的流速,高点后管道仍处于不满流状态,是管道沿线起伏较大且油水界面间未使用清管球隔离造成的,应适当采取减少混油的有效措施。

     

    Abstract: Partial pipe filled with hot water, oil driving water and comprehensive treatment are used in the commissioning operation of ShiLan Crude Oil Pipeline. In the light of the abnormal condition existed in commissioning operation, the following countermeasures are put forward, (1) if anomalies exist in the open or close of pump discharge valve, it will be needed to check whether the actual state of valve is consisted with the valve signal of setting mode, (2) If there is not flow display in the commissioning operation of liquid pipeline, the flowrate estimation can be employed by the method of pump curve, pig tracking and frictional loss calculation, (3) the slope of pipe and the travelling speed of pig can be estimated by the flow velocity of the fluid at the high points in the pipeline system and (4) "the fluid being still at slack flow state after the high points" is caused by two reasons, that is, the elevation along the pipeline is greatly upward and downward and oil/water interface has not been isolated with cleaning pig, therefore, the effective measures to reduce mixing oil should be taken if they were still in such case.
