中俄管道试压标准差异分析

The differences in Chinese and Russian pipeline pressure testing standards

  • 摘要: 为保障国内长输管道通过高寒冻土区的运行安全,梳理了中俄主要的管道试压标准。从试压管段划分、试压介质、强度试验压力、严密封性试验压力和稳压时间、输油气站工艺管道试压、管道试压渗漏检查方法、零度以下管道试压技术、管道强制性试压(重新试压和周期性试压)、试压监测管段、试压安全措施和环境保护等方面研究了中俄标准中的相关规定,分析了不同标准之间的差异。针对我国管道试压标准和标准制修订工作的完善提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Main pipeline pressure testing standards between China and Russia are introduced, and the differences them are analyzed in detail, including the pipe section length, testing medium, strength testing pressure, tightness testing pressure and pressure holding time, process piping pressure testing of gas or oil stations, leakage inspection methods of process piping pressure testing, piping pressure technology under 0 ℃, mandatory pressure testing (re-testing and periodic tesing), piping pressure monitoring, safety measures of pressure testing and environment protection. Finally, Recommendations to draw up and revise the standards about the pipeline constructed in the permafrost are given.
