节能涂料在减少储油罐呼吸损耗中的应用

Application of a new type environmental protection coating material in decreasing the breathing loss of oil tank

  • 摘要: 通过计算储油罐呼吸损耗测试新型节能涂料CC-100的节能效果。选取某油库两座喷涂和未喷涂CC-100涂料的50000 m3原油储罐作为研究对象,在同一天内分4个时间段对其周围环境温度、环境风速、罐体外表面平均温度等参数进行测量,对呼吸气体取样后利用气-液色谱仪进行组分分析,依据相关标准计算呼吸损耗量。结果表明:储油罐喷涂CC-100涂料后,呼吸损耗明显减少,节能量为0.182 t/d,储油罐实施改造后,5年内即可回收投资成本。CC-100涂料因其附着力强,使用寿命长等技术优势而具有广阔的市场应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Through calculating the breathing loss of storage tank, the effectiveness of a new coating material CC-100 in energy saving was measured. Two 50000 m3 crude oil storage tanks with and without the coating material are selected as the reference object. Ambiant temperature and surrounding wind speed of the tanks and the average temperature of external surface of tank bodies as well as other parameters in the same day at four different time were tested. After light gas sampling, the component analysis was carried out using gas-liquid chromatography, and then calculating the breathing loss according to relevant standards. Result showed that for the tank with CC-100, the breathing loss decreased obviously, the light gas saved reached to 0.182 t/d. It is estimated that if the coating material is used, the initial investments will be recovered within 5 years.
