Solution to the effectiveness of CP system in Gaotang CP Point

  • 摘要: 中沧输气管道高唐阴保站阴极保护系统在运行过程中,通电点电位高于恒电位仪给定电位。经过核查,排除了系统自身存在问题的可能性。对通电点电位的测量过程进行了分析,结果表明:由于长效参比电极和便携式参比电极所处的电场强度不同,因此导致通电点电位与恒电位仪给定电位存在ΔU的差值。实践证明:直接将恒电位仪的长效参比电极接入通电点电位测试箱中,使长效参比电极和便携式参比电极选用同一个基准零点,可以完全消除ΔU

     

    Abstract: Investigation found that the potential of feeding point was higher than the set potential of potentiostat in Gaotang CP Point of ZhongCang Gas Transmission Pipeline. There was no defect probability in CP system itself proved by relative inspection. Analysis on the measuring process of feeding point showed that different electric intensity between the long-term reference electrode and the potable reference electrode resulted in the ΔU between the potential of feeding point and the set potential from potentiostat. Practice proved that if the long-term reference electrode of potentiostat was connected into the test box of feeding point potential and a benchmark zero was adopted by the long-term reference electrode and the potable reference electrode, the ΔU would be completely eliminated.
