斜板式气液分离器流场的数值模拟

Numerical simulation on the flow field of inclined plate separator

  • 摘要: 基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,应用ANSYS-CFX软件,分别应用标准k-ε模型和RNG k-ε模型,对斜板式气液分离器内部流场进行数值模拟计算,得到了在两种湍流模型下的分离器内部流场速度矢量分布规律、气体体积分数分布规律以及流体轨迹规律。对比两种湍流模型的分析结果表明:在流体流动快速畸变时,RNG k-ε模型的ε方程中增加的附加生成项会迅速增大,由此改善了对旋转流、浮力流等较复杂湍流的预报能力;与标准k-ε模型相对比,RNG k-ε模型更能合理地模拟斜板式气液分离器的内部流场分布。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, numerical simulation computation on the flow field of inclined plate separator was carried out with the standard k-ε and RNG k-ε models via ANSYS-CFX software, and the distribution rule of the speed vector for the interior flow field of separator and the distribution rule of gas concentration as well as the rule of liquid track under two turbulence models was obtained. Comparative analysis of the two turbulent flow models indicated that when liquid was distorted sharply in flowing, additional generator monomials added to ε equation of the RNG k-ε model would increase rapidly, which improved the ability in forecasting the complex turbulent flows as rotational flow and buoyant flow. Compared with the standard k-ε model, the RNG k-ε could more reasonably simulate the flow field distribution for the inclined plate separator.
