DPC-2800压缩机动力缸损伤故障与积炭原因

Fault in the power cylinder of DPC-2800 compressor and carbon deposit

  • 摘要: 对近年来彩南增压站DPC-2800系列压缩机出现的动力缸缸盖裂纹和缸壁镀层剥落现象进行了分析,结果表明:过大的热负荷、敲缸和爆燃是导致动力缸损伤的3个直接原因。机组在高负荷工况下,为保证动力缸的平稳运行,应及时排除单缸火花塞不正常点火和动力缸负荷分布不均等故障。分析了动力缸出现过多积炭的原因,并从润滑油的选择,注油量的调整,刮油盘根和空气滤芯压差的检查等方面提出了预防措施,确保设备安全运行。

     

    Abstract: The cylinder cover cracking and cylinder inner wall coating peeling off in DPC-2800 series compressors of Cainan Gas Station were analyzed. The results showed that the thermal overload, cylinder vabration and spark detonation led to the cylinder cover cracking and inner wall coating peeling off. Under high work loading, troubleshooting should be in time for the abnormal sparking and uneven distribution of working loading from the power cylinder in order to stabilize its running. Also, the more carbon deposit in power cylinder was analyzed. The safety measures were presented from choosing lubricating oil, adjusting filling oil amount, inspecting packing and pressure difference of air filter in order to ensure smooth operation for compressor.
