塔河某单井管道频繁穿孔原因

  • 摘要: 塔河油田应用注水替油和盐水扫线技术以来,某些单井集输管道出现了频繁的腐蚀穿孔现象。为了找出管道频繁穿孔的原因,选择发生多次穿孔的某典型单井管道作为研究对象,对管道的输送工艺、敷设设计及输送介质的腐蚀性进行分析,并结合现场施工工艺,分析得出注水替油和盐水扫线用盐水溶解氧含量较高、管道敷设存在高程差等因素是造成管道频繁穿孔的主要原因。提出避免管道的高程差设计、增加盐水除氧工艺及在盐水中添加缓蚀剂和阻垢剂等腐蚀治理方案。研究成果有助于深入了解单井管道腐蚀穿孔的原因,为现场腐蚀治理提供指导。

     

    Abstract: Frequent corrosion to leak in a gathering pipeline of some well at Tahe Oilfield, Xinjiang, had been found since the technique of water injection for oil and saltwater pipe cleaning was applied. In order to find out the reasons, taking the pipeline as the investigation object, an analysis was carried out on the transportation process, pipe laying design and the corrosivity of medium transported, combined with the pipeline installation technique. Results showed that the dissolved oxygen contents of the water injected and saltwater were higher, and the elevation difference was remarkable, which resulted in the corrosion to leak. Corresponding solutions were presented in avoiding the elevation difference, saltwater deoxidizing and additives/scale inhibitor injection to control corrosion. It is considered that the research conclusions are helpful to further understand the corrosion for the pipeline of well and provide technology support to control corrosion.
