  • 摘要: 抚顺-鲅鱼圈成品油管道因与营口市城市规划建设冲突,需要迁移部分管道。在新旧管道对接时,出现了磁偏吹现象。其原因是:在管道进行内部漏磁检测时,管道中存在剩磁。介绍了剩磁产生的原因,以及管道磁偏吹的形成原理和危害。通过采用简单、有效的焊机电缆消磁法,成功解决了磁偏吹对新旧管道焊接的影响,可供今后的管道施工借鉴。

     

    Abstract: A part of Fushun-Bayuquan Products Pipeline is needed to be removed due to the urban planning of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. While connecting the old and new pipe, magnetic blow occurred. Analysis showed that the generation of magnetic blow was caused by residual magnetic flux which yielded from internal inspection. The paper describes the principles and negative effects of magnetic blow. By simple but effective cable demagnetization method, the magnetic blow has been successfully eliminated.
