流量计误差对压缩机喘振控制的影响

Analysis of the influence of flow meter error on surge control of compressor

  • 摘要: 流量是压缩机喘振控制的重要参数之一,流量计计量不准,将影响压缩机喘振控制的可靠性和稳定性。通过分析压缩机特性曲线,建立了压缩机喘振控制模型。分析了流量计误差对压缩机喘振控制的影响,结果表明:当流量计正误差较小时,防喘阀不会动作,当正误差较大时,压缩机发生喘振,但喘振控制系统未被激活,从而导致严重后果;当流量计出现负误差时,喘振控制系统激活超前,防喘阀关闭滞后,导致压缩机的运行效率降低。建议对最大相对误差绝对值超过2%的流量计及时更换,以满足压缩机喘振控制要求。

     

    Abstract: Flowrate of gas is one of the most important parameters in the surge control of compressor. If flowmeter works with error, the reliability and stability in surge control of compressor will be affected. By analyzing the characteristic curve of compressor, a surge control model is established. Also, the analysis of flow meter error on surge control shows that the surge proof valve remains when positive error is small, the surge happens when positive error is big. However for the compressor, severe consequence will produce if the surge control system is at sleeping state. At negative error of flowmeter, the work efficiency of compressor will come down when the surge control system is activated in advance and the surge proof valve is closed behindhand. It is suggested that the flowmeter whose absolute value with maximum relative error exceeds 2% should be replaced in order to meet the needs of surge control of compressor.
