  • 摘要: 系统介绍了集成式压缩机的技术特点和技术优势,阐述了其在天然气管道增压、地下储气库注气和海底管道增压工程中的应用状况,展望了其在国内天然气储运领域的应用前景。该压缩机以磁悬浮轴承、高速电机和大功率变频器三大新兴技术成果为基础,将压缩机、电机、冷却系统和分离系统集成在同一加工橇架中,并作为一个整体安装使用;不含润滑油系统、密封系统,而且操作转速可以在35%~105%范围内调节,大幅增强了其对不同操作工况的适应性;集高速、无油、整体和智能等于一身,节能环保、操作方便且性价比高,适于在长输天然气管道沿线有电力资源的地区应用。

     

    Abstract: The technical features and technical advantages of integrated compressor are systematically described, its use in underground gas storage injection, booster pumps of gas pipeline and submarine pipeline is presented and its commercial prospect in gas storage and transportation field is forecasted.Integrated compressor is based on magnetic bearing, high speed motor and highpower frequency changer, and it integrates the compressor, motor, cooling system and separation system into the same skid, which is used as a whole installation. No lubricating oil system and sealing systems are designed in the integrated compressor, and its running RPM can be controlled in the range of 35%~105%, which enhances its adaptability under the different conditions.Besides, the advantages of integrated compressor is high RPM, oil-free, unity, intelligence, energy conservation and environment protection, easy to operate with cost-effective. All in all, the integrated compressor is suitable for use in the area which is full of power along gas pipeline.
