累积法预测在役管道腐蚀极限厚度计算方法

Cumulative-sum method to predict the corrosion limit thickness of in-service pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了方便、准确地确定腐蚀缺陷对在役管道剩余强度和承压能力的影响,基于含缺陷管道的弹性极限准则,应用ANSYS有限元软件分别对两种缺陷模型进行模拟分析,得到了不同缺陷尺寸条件下腐蚀区域的Mises应力。利用有限元分析结果,同时考虑腐蚀缺陷长度、宽度及深度等几何尺寸因素的影响,采用累积法确定在役腐蚀管道的Mises应力与腐蚀缺陷尺寸的函数关系。基于累积法确定的Mises应力公式,采用Visual Basic语言编制了在役管道腐蚀极限厚度计算软件,为工程技术人员在实际工程中的使用提供了计算工具和方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the influence of corrosion defect on the residual strength and bearing capacity of in-service pipeline conveniently and accurately, finite element software ANSYS is applied to simulate two kinds of defect models, which is based on the elastic limit guidelines of pipeline with defects, and gets the Mises stresses of corrosion area under different defect sizes. According to the calculation results and considering the corrosion defect influences such as length, width and depth, cumulativesum method is used to determine the function between Mises stress and defect size. Calculating software for pipeline corrosion limit thickness is developed by Visual Basic, which provides a convenient calculating tool to engineers in practical projects.
