管内高压封堵器的研制

Development of high-pressure pipeline isolation plug

  • 摘要: 管内高压封堵技术是一项新型的管道封堵技术,在陆地、海底油气管道的维修、换管、换阀、加减支路等作业中应用前景广阔。该技术的工作原理是将清管器与封堵器铰接在一起,从清管器的发射端进入,二者在清管器的推动下向前行走,通过监控中心发射的超低频电磁脉冲信号来启动微型液压系统实现封堵。锁定滑块和封隔圈是封堵器的关键部件,其直接决定封堵器的锁定与密封能力,因此,重点分析了锁定滑块锁紧的可靠性和封隔圈密封的可行性。自主研制了适用于内径300 mm管道的管内高压封堵器样机,通过简单的封堵打压试验,初步证明了该项技术应用的可行性。

     

    Abstract: High-pressure isolation technique of pipeline is a new pipeline isolation technique. It is widely applied in pipe repair, pipe replacement, valve replacement, additional installing/removing manifold of onshore and offshore pipelines. It works by jointing the pig and isolation plug together. The combination is put in the pig launcher, pushed forward by the pig, the isolation plug is controlled by the ultra-low frequency signal sent from the monitoring center. The sliding lock block and the isolation ring are the key components, which are crucial for the locking and sealing capability. The paper emphasizes more on the locking stability of sliding lock block and the sealing applicability of the sealing ring. The isolation plug prototype adaptable for 300 mm pipe is developed and the plugging and boosting test are performed, which reveals its sound applicability.
