大型天然气管网运行方案多目标决策优化

Research on operation optimization of multi-objective decision making for large-scale gas pipeline network

  • 摘要: 基于多目标决策优化技术理论,开展了天然气管网运行优化研究。确定了大型天然气管网运行方案多目标决策优化系统的架构,指出了建立综合评价指标体系的基本原则和具体步骤,提出了对模拟运行方案进行评价的标准模式,明确了采用兼容度法对评价方法进行再评价。以“西气东输-陕京一、二线-冀宁线”天然气管网为例,构造了5套管网运行方案,运用大型天然气管网运行方案多目标决策优化技术对运行方案进行优选,初步验证了该技术思路和方法的科学性、可行性,其中:模糊综合评价法最适合所建立的天然气管网运行优化方案评价体系。

     

    Abstract: Based on multi-objective decision-making optimization technique, the theory research on gas pipeline network operation optimization is carried out. System structure of large-scale gas pipeline network is made, basic principles and specific steps in setting up a comprehensive evaluation index system are given, standard modes in assessing analog operation scheme are put forward and the revaluation with compatibility degree on assessment method are recommended to use.Taking the pipeline networks of the first and second West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipelines and the JiNing Pipeline as an example, 5 sets of pipeline network operation schemes are structured, and the scheme determination with the multi-objective decision-making optimization technique for large-scale natural gas pipeline network is carried out.The results show that the ideas and methods are scientific and feasible, in which the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is most suitable for the established evaluation system.
