油气管道能耗计算与评价方法

Computation and evaluation method research on oil/gas energy consumption

  • 摘要: 基于现有油气管道仿真系统,开发能耗分析辅助功能,用于测算油气管道不同季节、不同输量情况下的能耗。利用风险评价方法给出在一定输量下的最佳运行方案,并结合投入产出理论确定在某方案下每个耗能设备的投资收益及该方案下的设备优先改造顺序,通过对不同方案的运行时间加权求得设备的综合投资收益指数并排序,最终获得管道最终的节能改造方案。基于此评价方法并利用油气管道仿真系统能耗测算工具对兰成渝成品油管道、西气东输天然气管道和阿独原油管道现有运行方案进行计算和评价,给出了相对最优运行方案和管道节能改造的优先顺序。

     

    Abstract: Based on existing oil and gas pipeline simulation systems, the energy consumption software and its assist function are developed, which is used for measuring energy consumption under the conditions of different seasons and different throughputs. Using risk assessment method, the best technology under certain transmission amounts is given. Combined with the inputoutput theory, the priority order of energy saving reconstruction of pipeline is presented. According to the method of running time weighted on different schemes, the comprehensive investment income index of equipment is got and sorted, and an energysaving modification is finally obtained.Based on the evaluation method and using the energy consumption simulation system of oil/gas pipelines, the current running schemes adopted in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Oil Pipeline, West-to-East Gas Pipeline and Alashankou-Dushanzi Crude Oil Pipeline are evaluated and the relatively optimal operation plan is given.
