风城超稠油掺柴油长距离输送方法

Long-distance transportation method for Fengcheng Ultra-heavy Oils blended with diesel

  • 摘要: 针对新疆风城超稠油长距离管道输送的难题,结合超稠油特性及下游克拉玛依石化公司的加工工艺要求,对比分析了掺稀输送工艺常用稀释剂的优势与不足,提出了风城超稠油掺柴油降粘输送方法。以风重010井与重59井原油为研究对象,采用流变学法与瓶试法,同时依据相关测试标准,测试分析两种原油脱水前后的基本性质、流变特性与粘温特性,评价其掺柴油的脱水效果及其脱水前后掺柴油的降粘效果。结果表明:两种风城原油属于典型的超稠油,选用0#柴油作为稀释剂具有明显的安全经济优势;两种超稠油掺0#柴油不仅可以显著降低其表观粘度,而且有助于脱水;在0#柴油掺入体积分数为20%~25%、输油温度为80~90℃的条件下,两种超稠油掺混0#柴油处理后均具有较好的流动性与可泵送性。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the characteristics of Fengcheng ultra-heavy oil produced in Xinjiang Oilfield and its problems in long-distance pipelining, considering the current process requirements of Karamay Petrochemical Company, the advantage and disadvantages in common diluents used in blending transport technology are analyzed and a new transport method of the ultra-heavy oils diluted with #0 diesel to reduce their viscosity is proposed. Regarding Fengcheng's 010-Well and 59-Well as a research subject, the basic compositions and properties, rheological behaviors and viscosity-temperature behaviors of their samples with and without water were tested and analyzed using the rheological and bottle-test methods and related test standards, and the dehydration of two ultra-heavy oils and viscosity reduction of their samples with and without water under the dilution of #0 diesel were evaluated. The results showed that two Fengcheng oils belonged to typical ultra-heavy oils, and choosing light diesel as their diluent had distinct safety and economic advantage. Diluting the heavy oils with #0 diesel could not only reduce their viscosity significantly, but also was helpful for their dehydration. The heavy oils diluted with 20 v%~25 v% #0 diesel showed a good flowability and pumpability under the temperature range of 80~90 ℃.
