Differences of СНиП Ⅲ-42-80* and GB 50369-2006

  • 摘要: 从总则、坡口组对与焊接、焊缝的检验与验收、管沟开挖、管道下沟、穿(跨)越施工、清管试压等方面比较了俄罗斯СНиП Ⅲ-42-80*标准与我国GB 50369-2006标准的不同之处,指出俄罗斯СНиП Ⅲ-42-80*标准自1987年修订后沿用至今,存在一定的滞后性,而GB 50369-2006更具实用性并符合现今工业水平和管道工程建设现状。基于分析结论提出GB 50369-2006的修订建议:增加特殊自然条件下管道敷设、管口组对、跨越施工管道横向焊接接头位置、山区段试压介质的相关技术要求。

     

    Abstract: A comparison between СНиП Ⅲ-42-80* and GB 50369-2006 is given on the general requirements, groove line-up and welding, inspection and acceptance of welds, excavation, lowering in, crossing or overhead crossing, pigging and hydrotest. It is pointed out that a certain lag existed in СНиП Ⅲ-42-80* since it had continually been used from the 1987's amendment to now. Besides, GB 50369-2006 was more practical and consistent with China's current industrial level and pipeline construction status. Based on the analysis results, an amendment on GB 50369-2006 are proposed, including the relative technology requirements to be added on pipe laying, line-up, position of crosswise pipe joints in overhead crossing project and determination of hydrotest medium for mountainous pipe sections.
