燃油加热炉炉膛清灰器研制与应用

The development and application of the soot blower for the oil fired heater

  • 摘要: 针对燃油加热炉炉膛人工清灰效率低、污染大的问题,基于重力除尘技术和布袋过滤技术的集成化设计,研发了燃油加热炉炉膛清灰器。应用PLC控制气动阀门,实现双室轮换卸灰、清灰器持续不间断工作;采用先进技术对过滤袋做特殊的拒水防油处理;设计不同形状的清灰杆头部清洁刷,使之分别适用于不同的清灰场所。该装置结构新颖,自动化程度高,吸力强大,集过滤除尘于一体,无扬尘和二次污染,清灰效率高,对大于0.1 μm的尘粒,滤尘效率达99%以上。

     

    Abstract: The manual soot blowing for oil fired heater is low efficient and easy to cause environmental pollution. This paper introduces a soot blower developed on the basis of dust cleaning technology of gravity and filter bag. This soot blower can work continually and its two-chamber can blow soot in turns with pneumatic valves controlled by PLC. The filter bag is treated with anti-water/oil way. Several shapes of cleaning brush are designed for different requirements of soot blowing. With the new type of structure, the soot blower can work without dust emission and secondary pollution. It is automatically designed to integrate the soot filtering and cleaning. With powerful suction, the soot blowing efficiency is very high, and over 99% dust particles being more than 0.1 μm can be filtered.
