江西省天然气管道项目SCADA系统的应用

Application of SCADA system in natural gas pipeline project of Jiangxi Province

  • 摘要: 介绍了江西省天然气管道项目SCADA系统的配置、功能和特点。调度控制中心的SCADA计算机系统支持分布式多服务器结构,服务器和局域网采用热备冗余配置,并设置GPS时钟提供时间基准;站场系统承担所处站场的监控任务,负责向调度控制中心传送数据,并接受和执行其下达的命令;RTU系统负责向调度控制中心或附近站场传送数据,接受和执行调度控制中心下达的命令。通过合理设计数据流向,保证系统数据的准确性和安全性。通过提供扩展接口和进行功能扩展,保证原始数据的准确性和唯一性以及数据传输的及时性和有效性。通讯光纤将部分站控系统和RTU系统连成环状,同时为每个站控系统配置与调度控制中心点对点的2M SDH数据线路,提高了SCADA系统的安全性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: The allocation, function and characteristics of SCADA system in natural gas pipeline project of Jiangxi Province are described. The SCADA computer system in dispatching control center supports the distributed multi-server frame. The hot-redundant configuration is allocated by server and LAN, and GPS clock is set to provide the time base. The duty of station system concludes monitoring task, data transmitting to the dispatch control center and accepting or implementing its orders. While the RTU system is responsible for transmitting data to the dispatching control center or nearby station, accepting and implementing the dispatching control center's orders. The data flows are designed reasonably in order to ensure the accuracy and security of data. Furthermore, the accuracy and uniqueness of the raw data, the timeliness and effectiveness of data transmission are guaranteed by expanding interfaces and functions. The station control system and RTU system are connected into a ring by communication optical fiber. At the same time, the 2M SDH point to point data lines between the dispatching control center and each station control system has been configured. Then the security and stability of SCADA system have been improved.
