  • 摘要: 国内在建的兰成-中贵油气管道工程第三标段多处管道采用双管同隧道敷设。基于保证施工安全和缩短工期的需要,探讨了油气管道共用隧道敷设施工中需要注意的问题和解决措施,提出了主要工序的技术难点和施工建议。施工措施包括:采用轨道和龙门架辅助运布管,保证双管同步焊接,合理规划较大坡度隧道内管道的焊接和回填次序,协调各道工序的连续进行,确保作业人员安全等;主要工序包括:隧道内运管和布管,焊接,检测与返修,管道就位与回填,管道试压与洞口封堵。

     

    Abstract: The technology of two pipes laying in common tunnel is used in several pipelines of the third section of LanCheng-ZhongGui Oil and Gas Pipeline Project which are under construction in China. To ensure the safety of pipeline laying and shorten the laying period, this paper discusses the existing problems in the oil and gas pipelines laying in common tunnel and solutions, lists the technical difficulties of main procedure and puts forward the construction suggestions. The pipe laying solutions are as follows: (1) the pathway and portal frame are used to convey and lay pipe; (2) two pipes are synchronously welded; (3) reasonably planning the welding and backfilling steps of the pipelines in a steep slope tunnel are important; (4) the coordination to every working process based on an continuous way should be made and (5) the safety of operators must be guaranteed, etc.. The main working procedures include pipe conveyance and laying in tunnel, welding, inspection and repair, pipelines in position and backfilling, pipeline hydrotest and tunnel enclosure.
