Influencing factors of acoustic emission technique and evaluation reliability in inspection of tank floor

  • 摘要: 为了促进声发射技术在储罐底板腐蚀检测中的科学应用,在总结理论研究和实践应用成果的基础上,分析了罐底声发射在线检测的重要影响因素,并提出了解决措施,同时提出了一种新的罐底板腐蚀数据采集方法,提高了数据采集的有效性,为后续的分析处理提供了保障。结合国内外大量储罐声发射检测和开罐常规检测的对比结果,分析了声发射技术对罐底板检测评价的可靠性,结果表明:声发射技术对于实际腐蚀较轻和较严重两种状态储罐的评价结果较精确;对于腐蚀状态中等的储罐,评价结果的可靠性相对较低。

     

    Abstract: For improving the scientific application for the acoustic emission technique in inspection of storage tank floor, this paper analyzes some important influencing factors in in-service inspection and proposes a new data acquisition method for tank floor corrosion based on the achievements in theory research and practice application on this technique, and meanwhile puts forward effective countermeasures. It is considered that the new method can increase the effectiveness in data acquisition and provide a capacity to subsequent analysis and process. According to the inspection experiences and comparison data in common inspection of tank at home and abroad, reliability of the technique in inspection and evaluation on tank floor is analyzed. Results show that the acoustic emission technique is more effective for slight corrosion and serious corrosion of tank floor, however it is less effective for medium-state corrosion.
