基于完整性管理的川气东送数字化管道系统

Integrity management-based digitalization system of Sichuan Gas-to-East Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了基于完整性管理的川气东送数字化管道建设的设计框架和具体内容。结合完整性管理的理念,对川气东送管道的生产运行、风险评价、维抢修等环节进行了整合,归纳为管道GIS管理、管道环境与地质灾害风险管理、管道第三方破坏风险管理、管道本体缺陷风险管理、输气站场与设施风险管理及管道完整性评价6个方面。介绍了基于完整性管理的川气东送数字化管道系统方案设计的内容和研究方向。结合川气东送管道的实际应用情况,阐述了完整性管理与数字化管道平台相结合的优势以及今后的发展建议。

     

    Abstract: Construction design framework and specific contents of Sichuan Gas-to-East digitalization Transmission Pipeline based on integrity management are introduced. Combined with the integrity management concept, running of Sichuan Gas-to-East Transmission Pipeline, risk assessment, maintenance and repair etc. are integrated into 6 aspects: GIS pipeline management, pipeline environmental and geological disaster risk management, the third-party damage risk management, pipeline body defect risk management, gas stations and facilities risk management and pipeline integrity evaluation. Design contents and research issues about Sichuan Gas-to-East Transmission Digitalization Pipeline System based on integrity management are introduced. According to the practical application of the system, the advantages of the integrity management combined with digitalization pipeline platform are described, and the future development suggestions about the pipeline are put forward.
