微孔开挖修复系统在地下燃气管网的应用

  • 摘要: 对于地下燃气管道的修复,传统的方法存在开挖路面大、危害环境和妨碍交通的问题,而微孔开挖修复系统是地下燃气管道修复的有效手段之一。介绍了该系统的构成,主要设备是真空机、钻芯机,另外包括运输车、手提钻、气铲(喷枪)等其它辅助工具。详细阐述了系统的工作流程:以空压机为动力源,采用钻芯机在路面上旋转切割芯块;采用空压机、真空机和喷枪对土壤层进行挖掘;管道维修;土壤回填;注入粘结剂并修平路面。该系统将路面切割技术、真空挖掘技术和微孔修复施工技术进行有效集成,高效地解决了地下燃气管网防腐层破损点的修复和牺牲阳极的安装问题,具有操作简便、安全可靠、节约资金和工作效率高的优点。

     

    Abstract: Traditional method for underground gas pipeline repair has a couple of problems such as large scope roadbed destroying, environmental damage and traffic interference. Non-excavation technique is found to be an effective way for urban underground gas pipeline repair. The repair system is mainly composed of vacuum machine, core drilling machine, transportation vehicle, portable drilling machine, gas shovel, etc. Working principle of the system is that air compressor as the power source is utilized; roadbed cutting is made by core drilling machine; vacuum machine, air compressor and air shovel are used to dig the soil layer; pipe is repaired; soil is backfilled; roadbed is restored. The system effectively integrates the roadbed cutting technique, vacuum digging technique and non-excavation repair technique, which solves the problems in coating repair and sacrificial anode installation with simple operation, safety and reliability, low cost and high efficiency.
